Shipping and Handling Charges
We charge you real time shipping rates so you are getting the most accurate shipping rate.
Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.
While most orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), will typically ship within 24 hours and received within 5-7 business days, some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Credit card payment issue
- Incorrect shipping address
- Severe weather impacting normal delivery times
- Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock. In this case your order may take longer. We will contact you if this happens.
We are able to ship to the lower 48 states of the USA in a timely manner. Please add up to 14 days for Hawaii and Alaska. We are currently not shipping internationally. Check back for updates.
We pack all orders discreetly with no indication of the product inside. There is nothing on the package to identify the contents.
Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your order. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from Your Account.
At Legendary Loads™, product quality is a top priority. If within the first 37 days you are not satisfied with your product contact us. We accept returns on any unopened bottles for a full refund excluding shipping charges within 37 days from the purchase date.
We will not accept returns on opened bottles or refund opened bottles.
If you purchased a multi-month value pack you may return any unopened bottles within 37 days for a full refund excluding shipping charges.
To get a full refund on unopened bottles you must submit your product for return within 37 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer.
- No refund will be issued for orders past 37 days from the date purchased.
- Do not send back opened bottles.
Important: Please include with your return, your order number with contact information.
Damaged Product(s) Policy
Damaged product(s) must be reported to us within 7 days from the date received.
Please email us at [email protected] ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received. The product will be replaced free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.
Returns For Legendary Loads™ Merchandise
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Return or exchanges for
